USB-C
Use a data-capable cable; a charge-only cable may power the device without providing data. USB-C is the recommended first step for setup and troubleshooting.
Power
The current hardware documentation lists a 2000 mAh rechargeable battery and 5 V DC / 0.9 A maximum input. These do not establish a runtime or charging-time promise. Use a compliant 5 V source and stop use if the device becomes unusually hot or damaged.
Bluetooth
The hardware documentation identifies Bluetooth Low Energy. This is separate from a verified operating-system support matrix. The manual's pairing combination is knob + KEY1 for three seconds; use it only when the accompanying firmware documentation confirms the same mapping.
Compatibility status
A released macOS / Windows / Linux and browser test matrix is still being prepared. The presence of USB-C or BLE does not mean every voice feature works on every computer. We will add supported versions and software dependencies here as they are verified.
