Troubleshooting & care
Work through the basics before changing firmware.
Preliminary guide based on the existing manual. Firmware-specific details will be updated with the release.
No power
Check the side master switch and cable. Connect USB-C to a compliant 5 V source. Check whether your installed firmware uses a two-second knob hold for soft power.
No connection
Try a known data cable and another USB port. Avoid assuming that a lit LED means a data connection is established. Check the software's device state.
Unexpected mappings
Record your current configuration. Check the active profile and target app. The manual mentions a factory-reset combination, but do not erase your configuration until the supplied firmware guide confirms the exact procedure.
Battery and safety
Use indoors in a dry environment. Keep liquids, heat and metal objects away. Do not open, crush, puncture or short the battery. Stop use after swelling, leakage, unusual heat or smell, and follow local battery/e-waste disposal rules.
