Before recording
- Check the microphone permission and selected input device in your operating system.
- Confirm the app and device indicate recording only when you intend it.
- Check the selected target window or task before sending a transcript.
Where audio goes
This product website does not record or upload microphone audio. The hardware's transcription provider, network route and retention policy must be explained by the released companion software. Do not assume voice recognition is offline or that audio never leaves your computer.
No microphone input
Check permissions, the selected device, the active profile and the recording indicator. Stop the workflow if capture continues unexpectedly. See Troubleshooting.
